Refrigerator delivery was set up between 10 and 2 on a Saturday. No Show/No Call.
—We called at 3 PM said would be 4:45. No Show/No Call
—We called at 5:15- Closed - no one will answer. RUINED SATURDAY
—Monday Morning - No Call
—Wife called at 12:00PM said was already set up to deliver Tuesday 12 and 2.
—I called store at 6 PM to schedule 1st in morning - can't do - said delivery people said they did not even have it on the truck saturday to delivery and she could not answer why but they will call one hour before delivery (I guess like Saturday - they choose not to deliver so they did not call)
— Last Home Depot Purchase (same happened with washer/dryer) It's now shame on me. Lowes here we come
