First time pool n spa owner, we just purchased the top of the line, most energy efficient pump out that set us back $1,500.00. The sales woman at the chino, ca store was real quick to sell us this pump. The whole process took over 2 hours. She seemed very nervous about the whole thing as she did not know the hours this pump could be installed. She assured us it could be installed on a saturday. She got management involved for no help at all. Come to find out Leslie pools does not install on the weekends. Management could not make an exception, come on! Earliest would be the following monday morning. Monday morning comes around and the pump is not capable with our one touch remote system. Obviously the sales woman was not aware of this because she did not ask or mention it. The pump is installed but the tech needs to come the next day to upload new software and that would solve the problem. Wrong! The tech did not show up as promised the next morning, nor were we notified. The district manager did afterall assure that someone would be there the following day to fix this. Today the tech showed up, still was not able to fix the problem and now is another issue. What now? This is simply another way to try to get us to spend more money on parts that are needed because their sales woman does not know their products. Clearly a lack of training in the products and customer service area. You would think after a manager was involved something would be taken of. Nothing has! Wish i NEVER purchased this pump.
