Orderd flowers for daughter's 25th birthday on the phone on a Saturday for the next Monday morning delivery. C.S. Rep said they would have them delivered by noon. Noon comes on Monday, no flowers. I call and am told by another CS Rep that Nope, will have them delivered by 5:00 pm. Told them this was unacceptable as she leaves work 3:30/4:00 pm and I was guaranteed morning delivery. He just tells me I can cancel. So I cancel. I was so upset I forgot to determine when my money would be refunded. I called back and was told by another CS Rep that it would have to be reviewed by Management. 4 days later and still no refund, no email, nothing. Never hated a business this much before. But I am determined to get my refund.
