Herff Jones/Unique Recognition is the company that distributes gowns for Aurora Public Schools. I was a student that ordered a gown rental and purchased a cap and tassel, i did not graduate on time but the following summer i did graduate. When i graduated i called to receive what i payed for they said since i didn't graduate on time they refused to let me borrow the gown i rented and refused to give me the cap and tassel i purchased.
After arguing with them relentlessly they finally agreed to only ship my cap and tassel.
I do not recommend this company if you have a second option PLEASE go with them these people are simply GREEDY and don't care about anything else!
