On September 25 at 4:27 I placed an order with Herff Jones for my graduation cap and gown. Unfortunately, I had made a HUGE mistake in this order and canceled it right away (literally, 9 minutes later). After I requested to cancel the order, the company sent an automated response email, but never actually got back with me. The next day, I received the charge of $235.39 to my bank account and I was livid! I emailed (and called) them, but only got a reply that stated that the order number I had provided them was invalid. Ok, so if it's invalid, how the heck were they able to not only process, but charge the order? I have been emailing for a week now trying to get my money refunded. After this report, I plan on following up with the BBB!
