My child ordered a whole package from these people and the representative screwed us up a lot. He came several times to her school to deliver and recieve payments. We both went to a parent meeting the school had where the representative was going to recieve money after the meeting. I watched my daughter walk up to the guy and pay him in cash that night well now they're saying he never recieved the payment.
He and the company are denying that they have the money. They're, now, trying to over charge us and we are not going to pay it. We worked hard for our money and for someone to just take the money is so wrong. My daughter is so upset she can not go to the graduation ceremony due to no invitations nor cap and gown.
We want something done about this. We even talked to the so called 'owner' and she was so rude with us. I tried explaining to her everything but she didn't want to hear it. We also tried talking with the representative that recieved the money and he was rude about everything. I suggest no one ever order anything from Herff Jones. They cheat and lie to the students who work so hard to get where they're at.
