Placed an order on April 4. My debit card was charged 3 days later. Never have received the order. They never returned my phone calls nor did they respond to my emails. I reported them to Yahoo! Shopping - the mechanism by which Allenbeys conducts their online business. Got responses from them and a week later finally got a response from Allenbeys. They said a check was being sent out for a refund as my items were not available. That was May 13 - today is June 13 and still no refund check. I have sent 4 more emails to both Allenbeys and Yahoo! Shopping and have received no responses.
Do not order from Allenbeys or any merchant on Yahoo! Shopping as they apparently are committing consumer fraud together. I am considering filing a class action lawsuit against both companies as I am finding many similar cases to mine, and this is clearly consumer fraud.
