Ordered a foosball table from GameTables4Less as a Christmas gift for my kids. When I picked up the table from the shipping company (Dayton Freight), I noticed a few minor dings on the box, but since it was the Saturday before Christmas, I signed for the table and assumed that if there was a problem, it could be taken care of after the holidays. When I got home, I gathered the kids around and opened the box to find that the foosball table was cracked in half — totally out of proportion to the small dings on the box.
I immediately called David Berner at GameTables4Less who yelled at me for taking delivery of a box with dings on it and suggested that I file a claim with Dayton Freight.
After several months, Dayton Freight denied my claim citing the signed delivery receipt. I called GameTables and was told essentially that they would not be willing to help me resolve this issue. Eventually after an extremely rude/abusive interaction, the woman at GameTables hung up on me.
My wife and I have used the internet for many major purchases over the years and have never encountered a company with such disregard for customer service. Buyer BEWARE!
