My little brother died and wanted his mortgage insured so I wouldn't be left homeless. My brother explained this to the banker saying; My brother is on SSI disability. If something happens to me he couldn't make the mortgage payments. I need my mortgage insured so if something happen to me my dsiabled brother isn't left homeless." This can't be misunderstood by "any" banker!
After my brother died I found out Chase didn't insure his mortage as my brother made crystal clear it was to be done. My brother died thinking he had provided a home for me. Chase now blames my brother for Chase's failure.
In the middle of the mortgage process my brother was told. To get the lowest interest rate the home needed an FHA approved "Concrete" foundation. We, my brother and I, built that concrete foundation, that would have cost $15,000, under the existing home. It was tremendously hard and took a lot of time and effort. It went through inspection with glowing remarks about the high quality job we did.
Still with all the extra work and expense we were put through. Chase failed to get mortgage insured as my brother wanted and needed. After sending tons of information to Chase explaining everything. Chase is forecloseing and will not wait for me to have the time to settle the insurance suit.
Chase's business priciples that are online say. Chase should fix mistakes when found no matter how difficult. Chase should act in the customer best interest not occasionally, but always. But Chase doesn't follow their own rules.
The home was totalled by lightning in August of 05 and my brother filed suit against the home insurance co., Foremost. Chase will not allow me to reach settlement with Foremost and have started forecloseure on my totaled home.
I've explained that I spent every dime I had while my brother was dying of cancer. Still Chase refuses to allow me the time to settle with Foremost. The suit against Foremost is for 2 to 3 times more than the entire mortgage. But Chase doesn't care is willing to spend whatever to foreclose and make a disabled man homeless.
Chase has told me they have spent more than twice what the mortage was to make me homeless. That they will fight me for years if needed to make me homeless. That I'm on a small fixed income and I can't afford to fight them that long.
Chase is a heartless group bent on doing whatever and spending whatever even when it's possible for me to pay them when I reach a settlement with Foremost. It's not right for Chase to foreclose on a disabled man with a suit running that can them off when Chase failed to get the needed mortgage insurance my brother wanted.
The car insurance has already paid for 3 cars totaled by lightning that were in the driveway. We lost 12 cars and 2 motorcycles that were not insured and our home. My brother is dead and I'm fighting for all I can to save what my brother died and worked very hard for me to have.
