Chase has no problem in taking my mortgage payments every month, but refuse to put the mortgage in my name out of my dead husbands name, they refuse to lower my payments or my apr, the deed is already in my name now, chase refuses to discuss my husbands contract with me, i was awarded adminastration of the estate the home yet chase refuses to have contact with me or share details with me.
