Found out while trying to refinance I had no insurance for 1 year. Chase said they paid premium out of my escrow. Prudential said check was late so they sent it back. Talked to both places weekly for 3 months. Never did find out what happened to money out of MY escrow account. Had to pay high premium for insurance because I had none. House payyment went up to put more in escrow to pay new premium.
My insurance was due this month I have now had for 1 year, agent said Chase only paid liability so they had to contact them. Chase said they didn't know why and would send the rest of the premium. My brother-in-law who owns a bank said there has been several complaints about Chase.
I want to know what my legal actions could be against Chase. I do NOT feel like I have been able to contact anyone who can HELP ME! I have never been late on a house payment any part of my money goes into MY escrow to make sure I have insurance on my house. When I found out I did NOT have insurance it was TORNADO SEASON IN OKLAHOMA and I was totally stressed out what I would do if my house was destroyed. I am an EXCELLENT customer and desire BETTER SERVICE
