The charges first appeared on my November statement.
I called the 1-800 number listed on the credit card statement and was informed the charges were for a "membership". I requested they cancel this membership. I specifically asked them to discontinue charging the card and if any other action on my side was needed to insure the "cancellation" was complete. I was assured nothing else needed to be done. No futher charges would show up.
Well, more charges appeared on the January credit card statement. The website referenced on their phone leads to a number of consumer complaint sites. Looks like I'm the next in a long list of consumers being ripped off by "Value Plus Monthly".
