Charging Credit Card for a so called Membership Fee of $20.95, just found it and have to go back and see how long they have been doing this??? They tell you when you call them to go to their website and click on contact but you can't get to a website for them??? The credit Card will show up with a description of "LSM5-US-PAY.com 866-2215391 "... When you call this number the guy just tells you that they do Customer Service for Frontier Pharmacy and this is a charge for a monthly discount card or membership with them...
I have NEVER joined any kind of Pharmacy discount membership... Have no idea how they got my info... He gave me the website and phone number for Frontier claiming it was 877-434-3329 and frontierpharmacy.com... You can't get to the website and if you call the number they mention this $20.95 membership charge and direct you to their website?
I called back the number on the credit card statement and told them to STOP charging my card and he said he would cancel my membership... And he said he could put in a request for refund on the two charges I was aware of but I would have to tell him if there were any more charges... They know darn good and well how many times they have charged my account... Now I have to research all old statements to see how long this has been going on??? Help??
