They are stealing money from customers checking accounts even after cancellations

I bought internet service thru Peoplepc a few years ago. First was suppost to be 3 months free then only $10.95 each month after. I either had to have a credit card or checking account for the payments to be automatically taken from my account. This was the first lie... There is not 3 free months and a credit card or checking account IS required. Around March of I added another accound onto my account. Another lie... The $25.00 for referring a friend... I never got a cent. May of I called and cancelled the additional service because the computer got a virus and no longer worked. I told the man this. I told him it has to be cancelled because the computer is broken. The man then told me he would give me 3 free months of service. I just had told him the computer didnt work. He said just in case I get it working again. I told him it wasnt ever going to work, I want it cancelled. He never gave me a cancellation number. I didnt know I had to have one. Friday the 4th, I went to my bank and found I was overdrawn. Peoplepc was to come out on the 16th of each month. It was 12 days early which caused an NSF fee of $25.00 from my bank. I only put money in as it is due to pay bills... Mostly because of this. I called peoplepc and they found it. The woman told me she cant refund my money but could give me a month free internet service. I told her I pay $15.95 a month for my service and it wasnt enough. So, she told me she will give me 2 months free internet. I agreed. This morning I went to the bank and was informed peoplepc was coming out of my account today. I thought this is impossible, we just fixed this problem. I called peoplepc and after 2 hours of being redirected and disconnected I was transferred to the cancellation dept. The service I cancelled in May was still being taken from my checking account. I asked to speak to a supervisor... Again conveniently disconnected... I recalled and finally got there. They told me it was never cancelled!!! I know it was because I cancelled it! She asked me for my cancellation code and I didnt have one. I never got one. I then asked to speak to her manager... BTW: They never speak English and it's very hard to understand them!!! Finally I speak to her boss and she says without a cancellation number she cant help me. She could only refund the last 2 months and it would take 15 days to do that. She also told me that I would have to contact the corporate office to deal with the whole 7 months of refund they STOLE from me. I asked for the number and she told me they do not have a number, just an address where I can write them. 1375 Peach Tree Street Level A Atlanta, Ga. 30309 I dont even know if this is a true address. But they dont help you get to the corporate office at all. I need help with this. If anyone has any ideas... Please, please help me. I dont work, my husband is the only income. We have 2 girls that are ours at home, my husband has a son that we get every other weekend and CPS just placed 3 more babies with us right before Christmas, ages 1,2 and4. Every penny counts. Please help me.
