SWM/Nubodi ColonCure Charged to my Visa didn't deliver product or cancel charges

On Dec 20 I ordered trial of ColonCure for shipping charge of $3.95 which to this date, 1/7/08 I have not received and cannot get an answer to their support line to cancel or get a refund. I do not want any more charges on my Visa.
