For the past year I have been debited aprox. $15.00 from my checking account by National Platinum not knowing until recently that this company is a ripoff. I stumbled on the report about this company by accident on the internet. I have never ordered anything from the company and have no idea how I got an account with them. When I ask for my password 'cause I forgot it... They say it will be sent to my email address... No response to my request has ever come and I have tried to cancel several times. Apparently others have delt with this company too, but have have more horrible stories than me.
When I try to cancel by telephone, I get a tranfer from one representative to another until I get cut off.
National Platinum should be stopped.
