I purchased my v2premier back in dec. 02, i watched and
Watched and watched until they finally convienced me that
This was the one for me. They said now was the time to
Purchase because the price was going up and they also
Gave me a 180 day's to pay, so i purchased it, well the
Dvd player they gave as a free gift was used and never
Worked right and the price not only went down but they
Added better and more stuff to the system not to mention
A 1700ghz verses a 2000ghz. That saleman jim is a really
Good con and a liar! Then i started having problems i've
Had to recover it twice and then the monitor started
Messing up so i called them and waited on hold for 30
Min. Only to get a very snotty cust. Rep. She said i would
Have to pay $40.00 dollars for shipping and then they
Would send me a new one well when i got the new one
(which it was not) it was dusty the the lcd screen had a
Deformaty in it it wasn't wrapped up and there were no
Manuals or papers in the box then to top it off there was
No power pac to turn it on! So i had to call again this
Time a nice young man answered the phone and told me he
Would try to send me the original monitor i asked him is
This going to be another used unit and he said know i was
Suppose to of gotten a new one the first time. So i called
Ups to pickup the other one and they told me that i would
Have to pay on pickup i told them no i allready paid
Through my credit card she told me that the tag that they
Sent me required another $10.08 as far as what they told
Me $40.00 dollars is all i had to pay! Another lie! And
Also that there was no way it would of cost $40.00
Dollars to ship a 10lb package, but they told me this was
The cheapest way to send it back and i believed them so i
Payed it another lie! Well i finally got a new monitor not
The same brand but exceptable, however i'm suppose to send
The old one back in the carton that the new one came
In, well you guessed it it does'nt fit in that box! So now
What? And to top it all off now the cd player does'nt work
On my hard drive! Lord knows what there going to charge me
For that return! If they even send someone to fix it or
Replace it. I'll fill you in on that one next time, this
Company and there salesman are a bunch of con artist! I
Almost bought a dell but because they were a few hundred
Dollars less and they said that there system was made
With the same parts i got suckered in, this just makes me
Sick! First i get ripped off of a couple hundred dollars
And now the unit is fallin apart. As a disabled women
$2000.00 dollars was a big set back but i figured this
Would take up some of my time since i am bed ridden
Alot, and maybe i could find some kind of work over the
Net. I just want this nightmare to end! And the people that
I bought this system through shopnbc are just as bad if
Not worse they keep you on hold for up to 1 1/2hours at a
Time and are ruid and they take up to 2mo. To refund your
Money on returns! These people should be sued and put out
Of business! They have no problem taking your money but
When you have a problem they ignore you! I hope this has
