I bought the v2premier in sept. 03, had it about a month then the montior started to acting up, I called for technical support, I couldn't understand them, they barley spoke english, My monitor kept having lines in it, they was going to send me a replacement, I havn't gotten as yet, it is now 10-25-04.. My speaker cords were broken, web cam wouldn't work, I replaced some cables, Well the computer still doesn't work, last time I buy from the "ShopNBC Network" that's a guarantee!!!
