I purchased two (2) V34002 - V2 Premier 19" LCD Computer Packages w/$50 Rebate & 1 Portable DVD Player on May 17.
These units were purchased from a ShopNBC Television product offering.
My complaint is; Two system should not fail with the identical failure error; one in a billion occurance. My system fail with the same error within 21 days of each other.
The initial system (I call Robert Office) failed with the following error message:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
system32ntoskrnl. Exe... Please re-install a copy of the above file.
I took the "Robert Office" system to the Geek Squad at BestBuy to get it repaired and I had to purchase a motherboard & memory. I am not ready to expend more funds to repair the other unit which failed with the same error as the inital unit.
I have tried to contact Viscom for asistance but I seem to be getting the telephone tag routine (for service push #, ect.,)
