ShopNBC, Viscom Technology-V2premier consumer fraud ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us ripoff liars victimized us, Viscom-Chaska

I ordered my supposedly, fully loaded new computer from ShopNBC

On dec. 27. This was being showed by this guy Jim from Viscom, where they make this Pc's by order. Along with Jim various different ShopNBC employees showed this complete package on numerous occasions. They still show this same computer, but with different items that go with it now.

I received my complete setup by UPS ON 1-4-02. I hooked everything up only to find not all programs were loaded and some of the software was missing or the software was heavily scratch and not able to be used to reload the program if needed.

I have had problems and had to get myself a new mother board, video card, software for my printer the lexmark z33. This all started happing just after my 30 days were up. I was in contact with both ShopNBC and Viscom Technology. Each time a total run around was givin. They were passing the buck back and forth. I would call and be put on hold for long periods, once they found out who I was, or disconnected and they wouldn't call back, I was only disconnected again, when I called back.

Now I am having problems with my 2 ports in the front for my EZ Mega Cam, the camera as well no longer works. Ive tried calling Ezonics about this and once again, back in forth between them and Viscom. I wasted 1800. Dollars for nothing. The whole package is no good to me. The software cant be used now since there had to be a complete system restore. These disc cant be used. I most go out and by new software now.

Im really sorry for buying this now. I will go out for now on and purchase my own things, instead of by shows like, ShopNBC. I have had it dealing with liars, thiefs, scam arist, etc. Something should be done to prevent this from happening to other poeple, if at all possible.

I might as well sell everything off for parts. I still wouldnt get all of my money back.
