Originally upon contract signing, I paid a one time fee of $99.99 to the sales representation who sold me this service. He stated that this was the only fee I had to pay. My bank account has since been charged for another fee of $50.00 which they said was a setup fee when I called them and another charge of $99.99 from I-payment for an annual fee. Along with other fees for a terminal and an insurance fee on the terminal. I am getting all kinds of charges taken out of my checking account since signing the contract. The only charge was suppose to be the one time setup/application fee of $99.99. I have made phone calls and sent faxes and written letters to all the offices of Merchant Lynx Services in GA and FL and also copies to the sales representative who sold me this account. Nothing has been resolved.
