Merchant lynx services promises to save me approx. $200.00 monthly in credit card processing fees.
The cost to me for this service is only $99.00.
Terminal would be changed and able to process creit as well as debit cards and has the capabilities of also doing gift cards. Never once was I told that I had to buy a new machine and there was a 48 month lease involved in this transaction.
I never needed to add another monthly bill to my business when the equipment i had was already paid for and worked fine. Their service would add features which my machine did not do and my cost would be only $99.00 to switch the machines.
The new terminal was installed and it did not work properly. We tried to reach the company and were advised they could not resolve this problem. This machine did not process gift cards and was told i needed to keep my old machine for that service.
About a week later I received an invoice fromfirst data advising me I was commmited to a 48 month lease for the new equipment. I contacted merchant lynx services and they told me I signed a non-cancellable contract which they left me no copy of. The salesman told me it was paper work to transfer my credit card processing through their bank.
I contacted merchant lynx services and was told that the paper I got was not a bill and that I would be saving money by using their machine and service.
I told the manager to remove the machine from my store as it did not do what i was told it would do.
I want the machine removed from my location as soon as possible but they do not have a local phone and do not return calls. They can have the $99.00 i gave them for set up, just get the machine out of my store. I hope I do not have to pursue legal action on this, but am ready to do so.
