Merchant Lynx Services' Sales Rep Paul Patterson in Annapolis Maryland, promises great customer service and lower overall rates all backed by the good name of Wells Fargo. After you sign, he disappears and his business phone number is no longer active. He won't return my cell phone messages. Paul came to my beauty spa and made great promises that never materialized. I have tried to cancel this service within the first week, (beause they had set up our credit machine to the wrong account, which is they double charge all my clients credit card twice, which creates a HUGE problem!!!) I was told by the customer rep. That they can not cancel my account and promised to work it out??? I'm still stuck with the problem that Merchant Lynx Services created to my company. Please be aware of the bad practices that Merchant Lynx Services is getting away with.
