Merchant lynx is a fraud and a scam. This company should be put down. I was contact via a sales rep that came into my store explaing their charges and how great their rates were so i fell in and signed up. Later after i wanted to cancel they kept renewing my services automatically and asked me to pay 395 termination fee.
Even at that point they have not cancelled my accnt. Besides the fact that it would take you about 30 minutes b4 you can get someone to listen to your story when they do they'll just lie to you, when i asked them to cancel my accnt they said i would take care of it" and then when you ask for the confirmation number they would tell you "what do you want" (rep name cathy) and i asked again would my contract really end? She ask "anything else? Bye now!" and then hunged up on me.
And when i called back to see if they had ext numbers so i can get a reference they said no. Any way of contacting a person that may know of our prior situation they said no. So days go on trying to cancel and finally i reach one rep that tells me i have to sign a fax and then send it in inorder to cancel. Well done that and they tell me that it was never received and they do not have it on file... I took this and reported it to BBB, now i will take this to attorney general and the consumers affair.
I want legal actions taken against this company and no one should ever join them, if you were thinking about getting a creditcard merchant call their customer service and see how many phone calls it takes for you to get in touch with them and if they sound alittle more than hostile then hang up the phone and look for another one. Many fraud merchant out there like this one merchant lynx beware and i urge you not to join them they dont have contract but they have termination fees. This is a foul business to run against pple who've been supporting them and giveing them a partial of your money.
