My name is charley from SSoffice you over paid were sending 500.00 to u for 6 months can I have your bank

Charley called and told me that I over paid my social security and said they would pay it back for 6 months at the amont of 500.00 dollars a month.

He also gave me his badge # but I did not write it down then I got a letter from him stating I owed him 299.95.
