KEShoppingspree.com, K&E International, Inc
I recieved a $500 reward certificate. My debit card charged and I only recieved a partiial order

I reccieved a $500 reward certificate for an online shopping spree @ KEShoppingspree.com. I went online to make my purchases. My debit card has been charged, however I have only recieved part of my order. Certainly not the $160.00 worth of the "Shipping and handling" fees I was charged. I have tried to call these people to no avail, got an answering machine, that took my info and never returned my calls. I am still waiting for my DVD/VCR combo I ordered.
