Charley Narcomey owes more than $408,000.00 in back child support. The Riverside County Department of Child Support Services has had this case since 1994; they did not bring him up on criminal charges until his debt was over $380,000. Yes, the amount is in excess of four hundred thousand dollars!
My good friend is 17 years younger than Charley. She met him when she was 22; She was young, naive, trutsting and didn't know what she'd gotten myself into until it was too late! She was anxious to have a family and children which obviously clouded her judgment.in her defense, Charley Narcomey is a master at manipulation and he really does put on a good show.
He has at least 4 or 5 children other than the 3 children my friend had with him. She left him when their last baby was 5 months old. She was urged by all of us (her friends and family to leave him but she didn't want her kids have divorced parents). She finally left him for many reasons too disgraceful to list publicly.
She is not the only x-wife with a case in the Riverside County DCSS. The wife before her has 2 children (adults now). There are at least 2, probably 3, other women who had children by him who he adandoned financially, physically, emotionally. Actually, those children are probably the luckiest ones!
He has been on probation for criminal charges of "failure to provide" resulting from her DCSS case. He has been on probation for 5 months, he broke the conditions of his probation the first month and each month following. The court system seems to do doing nothing but file paperwork.
He has been supporting a girlfriend and her child for two years now but doesn't support his own.
He is one of those narcisistic people who is obbessed with "looks." He is not an attractive person but he shops at the finest stores and loves garnishing himself with flashing, expensive jewerly. He has plenty of money to indulge in the finer things in life while his children are supported by their mom and step father.
Narcomey "earns" his money under the table calling himself a "sub-contractor." He uses his son's checking account to hide his money (that son is by a different woman. Narcomey is using that son to evade the DCSS and IRS).
If you have information on who is "employing" him, paying him on a 1099, please post a remark.
If there is an attorney who wants to sue the Riverside County DCSS for doing little to nothing to collect from J.C. Narcomey Sr., please come forward.
If you have been ripped off by this "man, " please register with RRR and make a complaint. He is very puffed up and loves himself so greatly, he might try and protect his fabricated reputation.
