It seems a lot of merchandise is lost in shipping or received with contents of envelope empty.
Contact Bidz and notify them of the problem. Bidz ships all of their merchandise with delivery notification, therefore they know you did not receive the merchandise. With this knowledge alone you are entitled to a refund. Just put this info into your correspondence to them.
Then call your credit card company and file a dispute. Tell them you have contacted Bidz and they have deliver notification for their deliveries so they would know you did not receive the merchandise.
Bidz has a policy of suspending your account it you file a dispute with a credit card company. If they do this contact the credit card company and let them know. If they receive enough verified complaints they can take them off their merchant list. If they do the bidz will not be allowed to accept payment using that credit card. For example if Visa cancels them then they would not be able to accept the Visa card.
I am writing this because I have done this. I have received damaged merchandise, watches that did not work and an empty package.
