I ordered a ring set from www.bidz.com for the amount of 177.00. I paid straight away they even gave a shipping number that was (false) when the shipment was sent from their warehouse. But it appears the package never left the U.S. When i asked for a replacement or a refund they said they could not as i had to fill in the claim forms in and they could not except a e-mail it had to be in my own hand writing and signed. I did this and still nothing they are a rip off and i'm not the only one it seems.
Please anybody that reads this do not use www.bidz.com and warn your friends too
