Smc tried to rip me off 314.99 by charging me twice for membership kit. There customer service lady was very rude basically telling me it was my fault and that it was'nt showing double payment on her computer. So i needed to mail or fax them proof and if the double charge was real they would refund my money with in 45 days. I was mad so thank god for the us bank here in salem oregon. They really went all out to help and get 1 membership payment back. I have sent back the other kit and hope my refund comes soon
