Planet Fitness has been double charging my account for months. The manager at the location at 1960 @ I-45 in Houston in unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. She does not return phone calls, takes no responsibility for the actions of her staff and ignores the bank statements that I bring in showing bank drafts from two different checking accounts for one membership. This membership is $10 a month and clearly you get what you pay for.
