Moronic customer service, criminally fradulent billing - Class Action Lawsuit poster company

1.) Criminal Billing Fraud (Nextel is nationally 'crowned' for earning the infamous status of THE NEW POSTER COMPANY FOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS). There isn't anybody I know with a Nextel who hasn't suspected repeated billing fraud - including myself. Every Nextel owner I've recently known has found 'irresponsible' mistakes on their Nextel invoices.

2.) I NEVER received my rebate and know of many others who never received theirs.

3.) I recently lost my $60 / yr. Job and a sizable sales commission for relying on my Nextel, as my hand-held did not always work properly, and did not work at all on occasion -
PLEASE READ BELOW -

- for five months I've been subjected to chronically bad/ineffective Nextel customer service reps, who couldn't get my hand-held up and running the way it was designed for any long/sustained period of time. I've suffered multiple occasions of customer service reps calling each other derogatory names, just like little children, instead of supporting the expensive product I bought from them.

I've painfully suffered repeated mis-representations and angry/animated contradictions by Nextel reps regarding guidelines/benefits/rules of the initial agreement. REMEMBER, THIS WENT ON VERY CONSISTANTLY FOR FIVE MONTHS!

In the end they couldn't even cancel the account, even with repeated attempts, for about a week! I actually had to visit a Nextel store to get the account cancelled - and the store manager had to call and argue three times with Nextel untrained/clueless personnel in the course of over an hour to accomplish a simple account cancellation!

*At the time I finally was able to cancel my account, my Nextel hand-held was not working at all and their customer service could not succeed at bringing it up to operation either.*

During this unforgettably painful five month time-frame I've had to call over 90 times (yes over NINETY, (90) times) and could generally reach only untrained customer service reps at best.

Nextel's current customer service platform, among many indescribably negative customer service horrors not even mentioned here, has resulted in me losing my $60K/yr. Job (due not being able to access my voice mail to know of/answer to a six-figure sale I made). I was terminated by my employer for: Failure to respond to a critical communication in a timely manner'. I was told again and again that I could rely on my Nextel, by Nextel sales, even when there is no land-line based communication immediately available.

Today (2/12/07) alone I've made five phone calls to Nextel to see who I can mail my Blackberry to and ask for a full refund - and to [reasonably] have the $200.00 early cancellation fee waived. All the time I spend on the phone with Nextel I was either transferred to the wrong department (after being on hold for 25 min. At a time), or the next customer service rep just didn't know what to do, and/or, transferred me to a phone line with a painfully long waiting period only to be hung-up on by their system after those painfully LONG waiting times (!!!)

I bought a Blackberry to help organize my professional life not hamper my success, then eventually destroy it!

What has happed to STANDARDS in America???
