In early July I ordered a Hanns 19-in. LCD monitor from TigerDirect.com. Monitor arrived within a week and I started the rebate process with OnRebate. Surprise, surprise. Rebate was accepted on July 26, no problems. Last step - "Payment Sent." It is now SEVEN months later and still no check.
I have sent e-mails to OnRebate. No response. I have called their number listed on the rebate form and you can not get through to a person - just pre-recorded information which is of no use.
Maybe this report will get a response from OnRebate. If not, the next step is the BBB of the Miami area and the FL Attorney General.
I have learned my lesson. No matter how great the deal from TigerDirect may seem, it just simply isn't worth the aggravation.
