My name is mike, i requested a free CD on the internet from grant search. I have recently realized that 29.95 has been removed from my account for 5 months in a row. I contacted a number provided to me by a previous rip off report, that number got me to someone that told me that they have a new number which is 1800 986-2720. I then called that number and spoke to a representative, for a company that specializes in "providing information on grants" The company is not called grant search, it is called RAVEN MEDIA, anyway the representative could only refund 1 previous payment. After i was persistant i was transfered to a manager and i explained everything to her also. She could only issue me back 3 months of previous payments, i said i want alllll 5 payments in my account in 5 -10 business days or else. She gave me a confirmation # and i was told the money would be in my account in 5 - 10 business days. Don't take no for an answer!
