From the internet, I ordered what is stated as being a "Free CD" called "Grant Writer Pro" from Raven Media of Las Vegas, Nevada... If I would "just cover the shipping and handling below". On Sep 02 (according to my credit card statement) I was billed $3.97 for "Grant Writer Pro". Then, on Sep 18, I was billed $29.95 for "Grant Writer Pro". I called customer service at 866-370-7270 and spoke with "Christopher". After discussing this matter, I was told that my account would be "cancelled" and "deactivated" and I was given a "confirmation number" and was told that a refund would be posted in 10 to 14 days.
