All of the other reports are correct.in addition to the information that has been provided in the other stated reports. I found out that this company is also doing business under a company named called Raven Media. Once BSM Grants debits your account, you also have to cance with Network Agenda (800-418-9320) and something else called the ELF program (866-519-4353). As suggested in the other reports get the person's name you spoke to and a cancellation number. Check your accounts for the refund within 3-5 days. I've been blessed to get my refunds from them already. Just make sure you don't go onto the site again as the nightmare will start all over again. Good Luck.
