Attention; dispute department, juniper card services
I have just recieved my credit card statement from Juniper / Card Services. I was shocked to see the charges to all this different Companies.
1] 07/01 Grant Search $ 1.00 Indispute
2] 07/02 Grant Search $ 1.29 Indispute
3] 07/09 Grant Search $ 39.95 Ref/refund RJT 720258
4] 07/16 Business Funding Success $ 7.95 Ref/refund RJT 720287
5] 07/22 NW-AG.com $ 9.95 Ref/refund RJT 7202588
I have called my credit card company and disputed these charges, but Juniper also told me to call these phones numbers and speak with these merchants and find out who they are and request that the merchant credit my account.
I called and got Raven Media, CSR, Josephine, who had no problem telling me Raven Media was an educational company. WELL!!! They sure are. Look at my billing statement, and I have never heard of them, nor did I authorize any charges to my credit card by them. Quite an education here.!!!
Josephine, was very nice and said she would credit the charges back to my account. But... Could not refund the $1.00 charge and the $1.29 charge because it was non-refundable.!!! But Josephine did give me ref/refund numbers for the other charged amounts. { listed above} Josephine assured me the credits would be on my next billing statement, and that no other charges would be charged on my account. { what account??? ]
I have complied with the request of Juniper Card Services and they have filed dispute claims for all the charges. And I will be faxing Juniper a copy of this complaint as proof of a dispute letter.
I will keep you posted as to the outcome of the matter.
