I received the 800# from my bank. I got a recording telling me to email suctomer service. I did and no answer.
I was charged $58.93 from my checking account 2 months in a row.
I put a stop on a string of over 100 checks to stop the automatic withdrawls. Finally I received a bootle of the product that was shipped over a month previous. The address on the package was totally wrong. I sent it back with a letter stating I did not want to recieve the product any longer and requested a refund. I still have not received a refund.
Then yesterday I received another bottle and a slip form my bank tht they tried to withdraw again. I thougt it had stopped when they skipped a month.
What can I do to get my 2 payments refunded?
