The company will noy refund more than $300 from my checking account

Momentum Direct has taken more than $300 from my checking account. I have contacted them numerous times. They keep saying that they will refund my money but it has beeen more than 2 months. I never received any product form this company or I wouldhave sent it back. I just want my refund.
