I accessed this company through a survey site I used called SurveyTeam. I have since quit using that survey site because more than $150 was taken from my checking account after taking the Momentum Direct survey.
Upon taking the survey it was requested that I recieve a "free trial" of their product. All I had to pay was $2.74 for shipping; the only type of payment they would accept was an electronic check. I paid the shipping and after a few weeks when I had not recieved a free trial, I contacted the company, asking them to cancel my membership/order because I no longer wished to try the free trial since it had taken almost a month already.
I thought my problems with Momentum Direct were taken care of when a few weeks later I checked my bank account and Momentum Direct had taken several large payments from my bank account—and I had still not recieved my trial bottle.
To make a long story short I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund. After officially "cancelling my account" on November 30, I recieved a bottle from them on December 17th, the postage for which was printed on December 1st. Something about these dates does not add up to me. Either way, I returned the trial bottle without opening it, complete with a mailing receipt and a confirmation number. Momentum Direct recieved the unopened pills on December 24th, and I still don't have my refund check.
Beware! Do not give this company your account information! They will take you for all you are worth!!
