Complaint / review text:
I ordered the free trial of Momentum Direct 2-day slim down, and only had to pay 5.95. It does not say in their terms of agreement that I would be billed monthly. The next month I was sent another package. So I called and no body answered so I left a message telling them to cancel my order and to please contact me - I gave them my customer number, my phone number, my name and the dates the following package was delivered. A week later, I recieved another package.
I called again - no answer, and left another message. I called again a few days later and the woman that answered said that Momentum Direct didn't recieve any messages from me and if they had, they would have made a stop-payment. She clearly lied.
They have no contact information on their website, and the only Momentum Direct contact information on the internet is on usacomplaints.com. This company needs to be stopped.
The product did not work, they put me on a recurrent billing plan, there is no contact information on thier site, the company lied about not receiving any of my messages, and when someone finally did answer she was horribly rude..
