In August I ordered on line a product called HCG with an introductory special. When the product came, it came with 2 bottles. One bottle was the HCG and another bottle was Complex Cleanse. The instructions said to take both suppliments to create a better results. The agreement was that a fee would follow each month for the product and would be charged to my bank account. Like a fool I agreed. On 8/20 I decided to cancel my order. I called HCG at 1-877-374-0182 and spoke to Wendy. I cancelled my order with no dificulty. The next month I received a package with just the complex cleanse and saw that $79 had been deducted from my bank account. I called customer service at HCG and was informed that Complex Cleanse was not part of HCG and they did not handle the billing for that product. I immediately called the telephone number on the bottle of Complex Cleanse to find that they are always closed no matter when I called. For six months I have been trying to find a way to reach this company. I have finally had to stop payment through my bank, and reissued a new debet card. I have also written a letter to the address on the delivery envelope telling them that they are no longer authorized to withdraw from my account per my bank and attorney. I was never told that two separate charges would exist. I hope my dilema will warn other people to stay clear of anything connected to Complex Cleanse.
