Ripoff I placed an order 7-20-06 money for the order taken from my account no order received

I ordered an item on July 20. The item was paid for on the same day. I waited patiently for two weeks. Then I tried contacting their customer service and then any alternate email address I could find connected with the site.

I have sent several emails to each address and have not received one reply. Not even a "we are no longer in business"..."not at this address" - nothing! A true ripoff!
