Placed order online July 6. Paid for item. Was sent the following email:
This email is to confirm the receipt of your recent order from TheSneakerLand.com. You can always find out the current status of your order by going to (and they give you an order number).
After waiting the 4-7 days shipping, of course I sent two emails per day demanding my money back. On July 24, I received this email:
(specific shoe) is currently on backorder. Would you like to choose another item in our store? If so, you can reply with the item # and size. Fyi, we do not have definite dates of availability on backordered items. Let us know what you would like to do.
What I would like to do, I have sent 15 emails demanding they contact me and refund my money. As of today, July 30th. No response, no product.
I think that this company needs to be prosecuted for fraud and I am the person willing to do it.
