I placed an order with King of Swords on June 30. I received an email from them on July 2 stating that King of Swords had accepted my order. I checked with my bank and King of Swords had already received the money for my order. After 2 weeks had passed, I emailed King of Swords using their support address and never received a reply. I sent an email to 2 other King of Swords email addresses with no reply. I had tried contacting them via their toll free number with no results. I sent King of Swords another email on July 30 asking them to replace the item I ordered with another item and still no response.
