Ripoff paid for a purse, the wrong purse was sent and they refuse to send the item that I ordered

I purchase a replica Gucci bag from the company on July 28. My credit card was immediately charged, even though it took 4 weeks for me to receive the item that I ordered.

Once I opened the package, I saw the purse that was sent to me was not the purse that I ordered. I went on the web site to contact the company, and saw the only way to get in touch with them is through email. They have an online chat, but the online chat operator is always offline. At one point I saw they was online and sent them my question about being sent the wrong item, just to be replied that the online chat was now unavailable.

So I sent them an email informing them about my problem. A reply was sent back to me stating that I keep the purse that was sent to me, order another item, and when the new purchased item is sent out, the original purse that I ordered will be sent out with that as well.

I replyed to the email informing them that I did not want to order another item, I just wanted the item that I originally order to be sent to me.

I was emailed again, saying they could not do anything to help me, and that my email will be sent to a lady name 'Julie, ' who was a customer care chief for further assistance.
