According to the Arizona Republic website, the Arizona Attorney General has seized the assets of CP Direct, Inc of Scottsdale, AZ.

The Arizona Attorney General's Office has announced the seizure of $30 million worth of assets in connection with a Scottsdale-based company that sold so-called penile - and breast-enlargement pills over the Internet.
The seizure includes more than $20 million in cash, along with luxury homes and cars, plus jewelry.
The Attorney General's Office says C.P. Direct Incorporated primarily sold penile enlargement pills, along with pills promising to increase a person's height and enlarge a woman's breasts.
The company's Web sites have been shut down. Three people are named in the civil forfeiture action, including a 76-year-old woman and her son. The AG's Office says all three and had been prohibited in previous court actions from using the Internet, mail or other telecommunication devices for retail sales.
