Once you reach someone with BMG Direct and explain your problem; be sure to let them know if the problem is not resolved immediately you will contact the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General's Office for your state and the Attorney General's Office for the state in which the company is located, the Federal Trade Commission, and Consumer Affairs. BMG do not need the bad press over $5.99. Anytime a company is trying to rip you off, keep in mind these agencies.
