Alternatively, you can sue Tiger Direct in Small Claims Court in your locality.
If you are just a complaintant, you are just a minor annoyance to Tiger Direct. However, when you file a lawsuit against them, then you transcend from being an annoyance to becoming a real pain in the posterior.
