Purchased an Ellipitcal exercise machine with a $225 rebate from U S Administrative Services. Rebate was suppose to be mailed in after 11 months or before 12 months of purchased was postmarked on March 2. Certified letter was sent and was returned with Unable to Forward—left no forwarding address.
